Ordered an Umbrella Mosquito Net in October. Received confimation and order number, but informed that as it was the end of the season, they could not fill the order until spring 2010. May 15, received notification of new address. Friday, May 28, received telephone call that Mosquito Net would be shipped within 48 hours. Credit card charged for full amount Monday, May31 (note Friday - no bank transactions until Monday!). To date, no Mosquito Net and no response to several telephone calls but beautiful, smooth voice saying "All our Customer Service personnel are currently occupied. Please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you. Have a nice day!"
A very smooth and sophisticated operation. Beware!!!
