Give it less if there was an option to. BOA took over our loan
Due to our mortgage company going under. We didn't find out who
Had our loan till several months later after contacting the
Senators office here in Nebraska. They too had to make several
Phone calls to track it down. We called and got several hang ups,
Then run around and finally talked to someone. A rep. For BOA
Told us we were ok and we would not be placed into foreclosure
Etc. We asked for a letter stating this information and received
Nothing! Several months more passed, and a sheriff knocks at the
Door with eviction papers. We had 3 days to get out. Which turned
Into 2 days since they served it a day late. After being told our
Case was being sorted out and papers were going to be sent to us
With what to do next. And my husband took 3 days off work,
Without pay. So we could call and try to sort things out. This
Was clearly a misunderstanding. They were rude, and transferred
Us over n over. No one had any clue about anything. Not about our
Case, paperwork, or phone call. Just said we didn't pay. Well we
Were told not to, until they sent us the paper work. Even though
We were uncomfortable with this. We tried to fight this. Nobody
Gave us a chance or wanted to listen. We have moved out. But our
Family has lost their home. They even sold the house to
Themselves before they even foreclosed. I give Bank of America
Aka BOA -10 stars. For their cruelty, and their ability to sleep
At night while they leave families out on the street!
