I purchased a hot tub back on June. We immediately started to have trouble from arriving late, damaged and the directions for the electrician were hard to understand but we managed to get it hooked up. Immediately we received an EP message that to this date remains unresolved.
We worked with the company to have the issues addressed with no success. We ended up on a first name basis with their repair person who finally told us that the tub is unsafe and he was not longer connected with the company
