Extremely good service. Arrived within the time frame given, called when he was close was properly equiped (tools, step ladder, counter top protection). During the lunch period Carlos had to retrieve a magnetron from another employee. He was back in a very short time without taking the time to have lunch. My microwave was back in order quickly.
