Ken was our serviceman and he was excellent! He went above the call of duty; he explained what the problems were, he answered all of our questions without hesitation and without an attitude. He was friendly, pleasant, on time and very helpful.
He called and did not get an answer but came anyway. We were home but the service contact number went to our brother's number instead of our home number. Thank God he still came when others would not have. He asked us questions about what we have had done to our refrigerator and offered and then cleaned our coils (which we didn't even know how often they needed to be cleaned).
He checked our air circulation and frankly gave us peace of mind.
Our warranty is up by the end of the month (we have 5 homes between all family members, ea. Home has s Sears products and is covered under the one warranty). Because of Kens exemplary service, we will renew the warranty!
