Be care full when you are shopping with Sears - samsung

My name is Bimala Thapa. I purchased a laundry machine (Washer and Dryer) in November 09. During the time of purchase the associate had given me two options, the first is promotional purchase without no interest and no payment for 12 months and other is Cash purchase with free delivery. We purchased with second option. My Sale Check# is 014241269311. I had submitted the rebate on line. But until today I did not get any respond from SEARS ; so I called the # 301-469-4000. And explained everything. The associate said he just reviewed all the details and said "it is not qualified for rebate. Deferring with him, I put a question, if the merchandise was not under the promotional why did the associate mis-communicated to me? “Does it mean Sear exports have no ability to hair qualified and knowledgeable workers"? Then the person suggests me to call to the particular store and talk with the store manager.
I called to the Sears stores of Bethesda (Montgomery Mall) and hanged for about one and half hours but nobody could help me to reach the store manager.

It looks like sears have discovered a very nice way to cheat customers who easily trusts them and their sales.
