I purchased a Kenmore 40 gallon gas water heater on 4/23/10 from Associate #5108 at Store # 01087. I filed for the H100071 rebate on 4/25/10 via the my sears rebate.com website. Earlier this week I contacted Sears via the rebate website and received a "canned reply" that I was unqualified for the rebate. I find this unacceptable, since the sales associate sold me a 3 year warranty - Master Protection Agreement by explaining that the rebate card for $50 would cover most of the $64.99 cost of the warranty.
