Stickley, audi Why Doesn't Leather On a Couch Have A Warranty?

I bought a Bradington and Youthful leather sofa (and corresponding lounger seat) from Stickely/Audi in 2004. Incredibly, there's a pit created and concomitant leather fraying and Stickely keeps that there's no guarantee on leather but the leather includes the great majority of noticeable region! I find this place unnecessarily incredulous. I'm seeking fix, reimbursement or alternative and also have approached NYS Attorney General's workplace, BBB and numerous additional websites such as this previously.

Does anybody have any comparable encounters and/or which to talk about results. All guidance is pleasant.
