I purchased a 3 piece leather set from Leather Expo in 2007. Within 6 months the leather on one chair started to sag and the exterior stitching came loose. I promptly called Howard Magovich, the owner and saleman who sold the furniture to me. He said that the problem with my furniture was not covered in my warranty. I have since paid for a leather repairman to repair the chair and the repairman said the warranty would have covered the problem since it was a manufacturing defect.
I will never purchase anything from Leather Expo again. I will also be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid the Leather Expo store located in Crofton, MD.
