I reside in a-one room likely on my own and function 8-5pm. I maintain my room temperature at about 72 and my statement earnings $125 - $200 per month. I continued holiday during Holiday for just one week and switched ANYTHING off however my statement for that month arrived in at a fantastic $345!! After I named TXU they stated they'd examine the problem since my meter was rotating unmanageable despite the fact that anything in my own apt was down. I tell them I had been shifting and planned a close off day for that the following month however they chose to come 24 hours later and change my electronic off. Then they explained I'd to hold back before following evening when somebody could easily get back out to show it on... Excellent customer support right? I've ever since then transferred and got my ultimate bill using the prior cost submitted onto it therefore today I've to cope with a $500 expenses... Oh, so when I named they stated they'll consider it again! Consider what? Repair my f*cking bill!!!
