Raising my bill more that $100 per month, for a 1 bedroom apartment, they are charging me over $300 for electric and natural gas, my first bill was $50 now each month it is tripled, and there has been

I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment, I pay for utilities, electric and natural gas heat. I moved in October my first bill was $50, each month my bill has been raised over $100, there has been no extra usage of electricity or heat at all.
My last bill was $191, and now my current bill is over $300. This is outrageous, and should not be anywhere near that much in cost for a small one bedroom apartment.
They refuse to correct this bill

The other tenants in the house are having the same issue and are getting no results.
