This report is about how an existing John Beal Roofing customer that had roofing problems ignored by several John Beal Roofing staff members and a manager, was again ignored by John Beal Roofing when the customer called with further problems to the existing problems many months later.
This report is about the initial part of the problem addressed to John Beal in April which had buckling roof boards and also included a roof leak issue.
The second part of the problem, posted as another complaint, is a catastrophic failure of the roof with water leaking right through and all along 50 foot of roofing after some snow in December when the roof was only 2 years old.
I purchased a roof from one of the oldest roofing companies in town, that had no bad reports against them at the BBB. I even provided them another large roof job. Both between $10,000 and $20,000 jobs each.
