This report is about how an existing John Beal Roofing customer that had roofing problems ignored by several John Beal Roofing staff members and a manager, was again ignored by John Beal Roofing when the customer called with further problems to the existing problems.
The initial problem included a roof leak issue and buckling roof bards and is on another complaint.
This additional problem is a catastrophic failure of the roof with water leaking right through and all along 50 foot of roofing after some snow in December. The roof is only 2 years old.
On March 8th (Monday) John Beal Roofing was told that I was an existing customer and my roof was leaking badly.
John Beal Roofing said "A specialist will call you".
On Saturday March 13th I discovered a string of ridge shingles destroyed. I feel it could only have happened on Friday, or Saturday morning.
