Either these people are idiots or crooks... Maybe both. They charged my card immediately but after 45 days I've gotten nothing. When I got my bank to charge back the money, Vacuumsparts, or whoever they are, charged me again. I had to go back to my bank and once again reverse the charge. Notice this statement from the vacuums24x7.com web site (one of their alias sites): YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL WE SHIP YOUR ORDER AND SEND YOU TRACKING INFO. What a crock!
They claimed to have sent me emails updating my order status. They lied. I got no emails from them.
They also sent out email excuses that read like they were written by an 9th grade dropout. Totally unprofessional and juvenille.
Do not buy from them or you will regret it.
