Bait & Switch is the least of what they do. Low advertised prices, high true prices. Carpets are not only not clean, but worse than they were. Had 3 area rugs to be cleaned. Not returned for 2 weeks. When finally returned there were streaks on rugs, still soiled. Stay away from the demon that calls itself "steamin". The only one left "steaming" will be you after you are totally ripped-off.
