In June we purchased a couch and loveseat from Levitz... We were not going to purchase the protection plan. However, after finding out that we had a puppy and two children we were told that the protection plan would cover anything that would happen to the couch regards of by whom or what.
Two months later our puppy chewed on the corner of the couch and I filed a cliam only to be told that it was not covered. When asked about the coverage I was told by the CS respresentative (Rina) that puppy chews were not covered and that "... Many stores misrepresent the warranty...".
I will be contacting the Levitz store mgr., as well as be filing a denial dispute with Stainsafe... Has anyone every tried this? Any success?
