Two of the movers that they had to move me stole my sons cell phone out of his room and then decided to run up $135 in downloads. They also used the phone to call El Salvador. I spoke with the manager of the facility who informed me that the movers found the phone outside my house and decided to keep the phone. He also informed me that he did get the phone from the employees and that he would send it out to me right away along with a check for any damages. That has been over a month ago and when I call to spaek to him, he does not get on the phone but informs others to tell me that the item and check has been mailed out to me. This is not good business practice to have your employees steal from your customers and it is not good practice to refuse to speak to the customer and to explain why your word has not been kept. I will never recommend this company to anyone at all.
