We contacted Miracle Method, John & Kris Savage, for an estimate to refinish our kitchen countertops. John made many assurances such as he would be the one doing the work, our appliances would be moved out of the room and the most important assurance - that there would be NO OVERSPRAY! This last item was of particular importance and my husband insisted on meeting John to ask him this in person. He again stated that the process creates NO OVERSPRAY. John sent 2 workers to do the job, instead of himself, and he did not communicate many of the things that we had talked about and agreed on to the workers. After 3 days, they finished, but the countertops were not at all like the samples and there was OVERSPRAY. John came to inspect the job, agreed and returned to re-do them. He arrived late in the afternoon and rushed through the job. I could immediately see problems. These became more evident the next morning in the light of day. I did not pay and sent them a letter explaining why - things were not done to satisfaction - and he stated that we pay nothing until we are satisfied, And now there was even MORE OVERSPRAY - on all the major appliances, floor, walls, wood cabinets and even the ceiling! Yes 4' above the countertops - on the ceiling! My stoved was even chipped and nicked during the sanding process. We were extremely dissatisfied. I sent them a letter, and instead of a letter in return or call to discuss, we got a letter that they are sueing us. I contacted their headquarters and have heard nothing in response to my complaint. The job is sloppy and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using this franchise or this product period.
