When it comes to a House Website purchase which was positioned on Cyber-Monday (November 30). I put an order to get a Darby Electric Fire. The hearth came on December 4th. After examination of the hearth broken was observed about the bottom-left corner and also the top-left corner. On December 5 I approached Customer Service to inquire about returning them. The consultant offered me a RMA number and explained to fall the bundle down in a FedEx Area for get. Throughout the discussion using the consultant I questioned the way the return procedure worked. I had been educated the moment them was delivered to Homedepot they might approach my return and problem my reimbursement with-in 5 to seven days. Well nowadays is December 15 but still haven’t been released a return. I've called homedepot daily to check on the standing of the return and also have been provided the run-around numerous occasions. On December 9 I had been informed the hearth have been obtained which my return could be prepared. I've looked over House Depot’s return policy also it plainly says that results are released in 5 to seven days.
