This note is in regard to two of your servicemen who go into homes. They are: Donald, ID #0020214,
and Paul ID #0015826.
These gentlemen have serviced my appliances each year for several years. I am late in responding with feedback to you. One could not ask for more polite, and knowledgeable servicemen. I do observe them as they service my six appliances. Their detailed attendance
to all aspects of services involved with each appliance instills comfort that top quality of performance will be present for the year to come, and until their return in 2010. Sears needed to be very proud of these fine members of their staff.
