I am extremely disappointed in Conn's Customer Service. Their Account Manager's are helpful, but I don't know how a large Corporation like Conn's is unable to solve an error they made, by ensuring that their customers bank accounts are not compromised. I was going to make a payment over the phone. I had been doing so for quite some time, and I was never charged a fee for payment over the phone. I immediately asked if it could be waived, and the account manager said "No". I told her I was going to make the payment in one of their stores. After I made my payment in the store, Conn's still debited a check for the same amount. This was never authorized. This caused over $250 dollars in charges. It has been two weeks and they continue to tell me that I have 3 more weeks before I get all my money back.
Don't ever give any information to an account manager who obviously is either not paying attention, or is clearly an idiot.
