Handyman connection sends out coupons and promises customers they are getting a deal. The computer already deducts the amount to the coupon price, the customer thinks they are getting a deal, but the customary charges are approx $55-$65 an hour.
They make the office staff learn a script. They send the handman out to estimate the job, they have a handyman on staff that was convicted and served time for kidnapping with a weapon. He carries a gun on all his estimates and the owner is well aware of his past history. They tell customers there ar backround checks done on all employees, they are too cheap to invest in their customers saftey.
They hire handymen with out contacting their provious employees to see their work history and tell customers they only employ individuals with at least 15 years exp. Lies, lies lies. They do electrical and plumbing work without necessary permits and have handymen with occupational licenses going out to do this type of specialty work.
They make promises to their employees and customers and break them. The owner has a problem discussing one employee with another and then when she is confronted she referes them to her husband to fix her multiple messes. She lives out of state and commutes to take care of business. When wanting a quick fix and headaches they are the company to contact.
They are decieving and untrustworthy.
