I purchased 4 door knob stoppers using the DoorKnobDiscountCenter.com web site. There was no refund policy stated on the any page of the web site at the time. The shipping cost was $12.99 (ground shipping). When the package arrived I was surprise to see that they sent me 4 miniature door knob stoppers that weighed (total) less than the UPS package it was wrapped in. I called the company and they told me that the door knob stoppers I was looking for are commercial and not residential. I ask to give me the instructions on returning the items and they told me that I have to wait 4 business days to receive an RGA#. A few days later I see that the web site has been updated and it says there is a 25% re-stocking fee. At no time when I was talking to customer service did he mention any restocking fee. He only said that the shipping fee was not refundable. I feel like they con me, and even if I return the items they are making money because of the non-refundable overcharged shipping fee. I spoke with my credit card company and further action will soon be taken.
By the way I found the correct sized door knob stoppers at Amazon and they cost $5.00 (less) each.
My suggestion is stay away from this scam, just AVOID doing business with this site.
