Order product June 11, charged my account June 12 and have not yet shipped the order (July 28). Do not return calls, emails or chats. Horrible customer service

Order door knob and lock set for front door June 11.
Charge card was charged june 12
Called June 25 said they needed to change order and I approved.
Have not heard front them since after repeated calls, emails and attempts to chat online
Totally non responsive. I can't even cancel my order.
