Ordered 2 airfilters for a chainsaw. Amount for 2 was charged to my visa account. Package arrrived with only 1 airfilter in it. Sent email requesting other airfilter be sent or refund the $9.95 price plus the addition $6 shipping above what was marked on the package. I have sent 4 emails requesting some kind of answer or action. The only time I heard from them was when I emailed that I had written a comment about them on pissedoff consumer. They wrote a response that they had never gotten any emails from me. Strange - they must have just randomly checked pissedoffconsumer and found my message. I resent them the 4 emails and told them my next comment was here and with the better business bureau. Seems like a lot of work just to scam me out of $16 but after their response (none) I'm sure the outcome would have been the same if it had been 2 - $1000 items.
