IncomeAtHome.com Scam, Did Not Honor Full Money Refund, Would Not Return Calls Or Emails

For any of you who have heard about the online business system via The John Tesh radio show and are thinking about becoming a part of their team, think again.

John Tesh promotes this company as a BBB Accredited Business. I dont know where he gets his information from but this company is nor that and far in between.

I ordered the package using my credit card with which shipping was initially charged followed by the fee for the package after the 15 day trial of course. They offer a full money back guarantee if not satisfied up to 90 days after purchasing this package.

After I went through the package I contacted my coach, Sandy Colombe to find out how I could get started. Well, everytime I emailed her I would get a response back a couple days later asking me if I had a chance to review the package and to get in touch with her. I replied to every one of her emails but for some reason, she was not recieving them even after I double and triple checked the email address provided. I could not phone her directly because in her emails to me, the spot where her phone number was suppose to be that she had asked me to phone was left blank.

I did recieve one reply from her in which she referred to herself as a 'flake' and that she had a rough couple days. But even after replying back to that email so I could get started, it was back to the same routine again.

I got quite frustrated realizing that I was out my $50 investment and emailed her a nasty email about her business ethics. Needless to say, she again emailed me back a few days later telling me that its unfortunate that she has yet to hear from me and if at the very least I could call her or email her to let her know that I am ok.

So after repeated attempts to contact her both to go forward with this business and to get my money back, I only ever recieved one response from her and every other email was a standerized email and very inpersonal. I also called the company directly and it went straight to voicemail in which I clearly stated I wanted my money back and told them why. Again, I got no response.

So please explain to me how this company can be a BBB Accredited Business when they dont respond to phone calls, emails, and refer to themselves as flakes?
