I hired cement doctors to put in a concrete patio. The owner was barely here. The patio is not square at all. The joiner line is crooked. Also i now have concrete all over my glass block windows. The front of the patio looks horrible. The corners are not finished. And puddles form on my brand new patio. I contacted ray, the owner. He said he would be out in 4 days. This was4 months ago. He said he would saw the patio so it will be square. He never showed up. Gave me the run around every time i called him. Always saying he would be here and never showed up. I contacted the bbb and the state attorney generals office. The bbb doesn't seem to be doing to much for me. I sent pictures of the patio. The contract states 4 inches of concrete, i have around 2. After the owner, ray was contacted by the bbb, he told me that it is now their problem and let them handle it. I also know of 2 other parties that have the same problem with cement doctors. At first he told the bbb that he never did work for me, until i faxed the bbb the contract. This is a horrible company and dont recommend them to anyone.
