Kenlite Gunite filed a lien on my home after gunite was poured. The homeowner pays the pool contractor, not gunite directly. Everyone knows how this works. Gary knew the people they needed to contact was the pool contractor. He knew they were paid by me. Had they contacted me before putting a lien on my home I would have called the pool builder myself. They did nothing, we never even received a notice! It took them 2 weeks to take the lien off. It should have taken them 48 hours. They filed the lien in person, but mailed in the removal because they are negligent and lazy. The business is badly run with no morals.
