I also have a badly leaking Temo Sunroom. Mine was installed by Home Comfort Now who is out of business. I have been calling and E mailing customer service just to find out what to do and no one responds. I get a very nice receptionist who puts me through to customer service. They don't pick up. They don't respond to voice mail. Meanwhile the rain continues to pour in. If you are considering a Temo Sunroom give customer service a try before you contact sales. All sunrooms eventually leak and you need a company that responds.
