I purchased a temo sunroom from this company. The sunroom they sold me is of terrible quality even though it was quite expensive (37K). They claim that the sunroom has a lifetime warranty, but they cannot or will not provide any meaningful repairs. They come out and apply some caulking and then leave. Then a couple of months later the room leaks again. They have come to my home countless times all to no avail. The room now has rust and mold spots due to the leaks. The room's design seems to be fatally flawed and unable to be fixed. I fear that inside the walls the foam is riddled with mold.
Furthermore, the company used jackhammers to remove the old concrete from a pre-existing patio. The vibrations damaged the drywall in adjoining rooms, but they have never fixed them or reimbursed me for the damage. I had to pay out of pocket to have a drywall guy fix the kitchen. I am saving up to have him fix my family room as well. I have informed the company of this issue several times.
Finally, they built me a smaller sunroom than what I purchased. The contract states that I am buying a 252 SqFt studio style sunroom, but the room is actually 238 SqFt. Even though it is only 14 SqFt smaller, when you are paying $146 a square foot that adds up to over $2000 they owe me. When I told them the room was smaller than what I purchased, they said that when the contract states a 252 SqFt studio it doesn't really mean the studio will be that size. I was unable to understand the rationale behind that statement.
Purchasing this room is one of the worst mistakes I have made in regards to my home. I really feel that this company has defrauded me with this substandard quality sunroom and poor customer service.
