In 07 we ordered a 4 season sun room. (Temo doesn't make one) The contractor took 2,100 and never did a thing after many phone calls and trips to his office he wrote a check that bounced, we had to go to court to get our money.
On 04/2207 we had another temo contractor come to our home and told us Temo had our room all built (they don't make a four season room) but we would have to write a new contract. They never got a building permit to put up room. The state building inspector offices have sited Carriage Town for failure to pass code.
We have leaks, mold, water running all down the walls. And just like the other reports, they have accused us of improper heating and "too high of expectations for room".
Temo never answered our many emails or calls to customer service.
The only way we got to talk with someone from Temo is to click on the interested in purchasing a room on their web site. Then got a call within 24 hours. After months of pursuing this they came out and tried to fix one spot where it really leaked and now you can see day light through the wall.
Contractor says room is fine they see no problems, Temo says nothing wrong with their product.
