When I first started working with a sales rep. Name Richard Reniewicki from Quality Wholesale Homes, He was the nice guy you could work with, he called and email me almost every day, But when I siged the Purchase Agreeement and he took my $3000.00 deposit for the house I was going to purchase. He never told me that the company I was going with in AZ was closing down and that I needed to pick another home out of CA, I tried to look for a home on the website that was the same on the original on the purchase agreement but they were more an ssmaller in size.
I told him I was not satisfied with the homes in CA and if I could try another factory, Richard told me I could try to get one out of Texas. At this time I had finalized the loan and also closed on it with the original cost of the first home on the purchased agreement. Which was $60,000.00. When I picked the one in Texas, Richard told me that my loan needed to be redone to add the new charges. Which was another 12,000.00. I told him it could not be redone and we needed to stay with the 60,000.00.
A few days later my finance officer on the loan received a call from Dave Higby saying that they could not help me and that I would be receiving my deposit back. After that call I stopped receiving calls and emails from Richard. I have been calling and emailing in regards to my deposit and when I will be getting it back. No answer for anyone.
I have recently learned that the company currently changed it's name from Quality Wholesale homes to Goldbilt Wholesale Division Manufactured Homes LLC and the phone numbers have also been changed.
I would just like to say please do your homework on a company and don't be come a victim like me.
