So what you (Goldbilt) are saying is that because Quality told the BBB in Utah in writing that they would refund my money and haven't as of yet I can now come to you to get that money back. Who do I contact so I can get this moving? As far as a Handful of people complaining try OVER 100 complaints. Also why does the "about our company" on the Quality website read exactly word for word the same as on the Goldbilt. Sorry we don't buy that you’re not the same company you have just changed your name to avoid being held accountable.
