I met Terry Henderson at a trade show in Houston. He provided many of the same contracting services that I did. But I did not fully understand the insurance business and he seemed willing to help; dare I say, mentor me in that side of the business. The first job went good. I brought materials and had my roofers roof a house he had a contract on. He paid the price we had agreed to. The next job I replaced the deck and shingles but when I met him to be paid he proposed that we split the entire job profits and that he had two more jobs he needed done. It has been about eight months now and he was paid for the second roof I installed but paid me 1/10th of the contract price. The third job I received half what the invoice was (he paid for nothing but fabricated stories about the homeowner) and the last job I was paid for my portion only because the customer was wise enough to know not to write the check out in Terry Henderson's name which he tried to do.
This person also misleads customers with a radiant barrier paint that he sells. He compares his conductivity rating of. 127 with other radiant barrier paints emissivity value. It is apples to oranges but most people do not know this.
Do not be fooled by the cross this man wears. He is void of honor and integrity. His cell phone number changed 3 times in less than a year. His business associates have more than one name they go by and I suspect Terry Henderson himself also goes by Micheal Madowoski.
In an effort to keep this report accurate Terry did provide labor and materials for two small jobs on my behalf which I put together to try and recoup some of the thousands he has stolen from me. Bottom line is I personaly know 3 other homeowners who would love to testify in court against this person. There are others online I have noticed as well.
