This complaint is straight forward. TES - Terry Powell and I had a written agreement that I would be paid $80,000 when my territory was sold. It was sold and Terry Powell refused to pay me, in spite of a written agreement. Again, like others, a counterclaim was made. We went to arbitration in CT. Terry Powell in a private conversation with me, said "there is no way that I am going to pay you. I have your $80,000 and I will use it to fight any thing you bring my way". I had spent over $10,000 of good money going after the $80,000 of "bad money". My wife, a voice of reason, told me to go on with my life and stop thinking about this 'miserable excuse for a person' and she was referring to Terry Powell.
Six years ago, I did move on and have been better off. There are some people in business that have no right to breath. We would hold Terry Powell in the same cell as Bernard Maidoff! Thanks for letting me vent! We have had many conversations with the Attorney General's Office.
If you are thinking of being involved with TES-please think again. This is headed by one really nasty excuse of a human being!
