I am a disatisfied and angry homeowner in Willoughby Ohio. Terry Redlin was contracted by me to complete an add on to my home. Needless to say he passes himself off as a good person. I did do my homework on him and I contacted the latest referral/project that he was working on. This other homeowner, gave praise to his work and stated how happy they were with Terry's work and how he had worked on their parents' homes previously. I even toured the other home to get an idea of Terry's workmanship.
If this previous owner had told me that they were having difficulty with Terry's completion of work and timeline;I would have gone with one of the other contractors
Terry Redlin stole money from me. He took money for materials and never delivered them to me. He has left me with a shell of an add on, poor grading and many, many building code violations. Unfortunately, this is considered a civil matter and not a criminal matter. I have been contacted by several other homeowners in the Mentor area, because they got my name from subcontractors that have been ripped off by Terry. He cannot work as a contractor in the city of willoughby.
