We had 2-10 Home Warranty for 8 years, they sent us the premium notice, and we paid every year for the full year. We made a few claims over those 8 years and although they were slow at times, they did the work and the service was not bad.
This year however, we did not receive the premium notice so we called them only to find out that they dropped us. They gave no reason, offered no explanation, just a rude customer care rep saying that her screen did not show a reason.
Eight years of premiums, two claim to fix the garage door and one to fix the AC and we get dropped without notice. I guess they thought our eight year old home was to old and too high a risk.
Beware! Just when you feel like to have a decent service, they may just drop because you actually use the service for which you paid.
