I bought and paid cash for a premier bath last May $15,000.00, only 1 year old it was installed wrong form the beginning. After 6 months of calling 2-4 times per month, I had a inspector come out and check it, it took 5 hours while I baby sat his 65 year old mother, it looked good but 2 months after things are worse then ever.
The chrome fixtures are chrome and brush nickle, the chalking is turning a dirty yellow. Reddish color, the tub is now a two tone white, starting to turn grayish.
The curtain rod is sloppy almost ready to fall off the wall. Using the tub, water is always all over the floor.
I bought and paided for it in Canada, I spent 9 months (weekly) on the phone for service, I Tried many months trying to contact someone, 1 year later I contacted the head office in Florida (no reply from any Canadian office) I feel I have been raped. I had to start paying for long distance phone calls.
I'm currently waiting for a reply from the legal department from the head office in Florida. I spoke to Mellisa at ext 530, I just waiting for a reply phone call. But I've heard of these fake return calls before.
