DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM
i have been in this nightmare for over a year and a half with this company, you will get no where calling the home office or the local office. I do not have enough room to tell all details but here are the basics they took check for payment in full and charged my creditcard in full that had been taken to schedule install - took 8 months to get refund was one year contract paid in full but is currently in a collections company for money owed told by local office they will take care of 6 months later still not taken care of# on our 2nd residence had camera system installed was to take 1 day after 5 months and over 15 services calls still not working and did not honor qouted monitoring fee have promised to take care of it but have continued to over charge me$35 per month i called corporate office said i just want full refund not do business anymore with them and for them to remove all equipment out of home per money back guarantee and i do not want to ever deal with local office or local sales guy to call us any more... Corporate rep said he would take care of... He sends me email stating he will take care of contract in collections based on second home monitoring contract and will have local office call me. They call to install more equipment not remove and refund as discussed and also created third contract and charged my credit card for that as well and have yet to refund that as well 4 months later. Our prevoius contract on our 2nd residence we were overcharged and took over a year of calling to get rate corrected and we never received refund for the 12 months of overcharging while "waiting" for them to get it corrected i have spent so much of my time every month, week calling to try and get someone to help me i call 1-800 #, Jacksonville office, crestview office main corporate office Boca Raton and have gotten no help and this entire time i have also explained to these shmucks that i have a two year old who has been very ill thru all this and has had two surgeries during all this and my time needs to be spent caring for him not on the phone trying to get these things corrected that should be very simple and they simply do not care the stress and hell they are putting us through we have spent over $15,000 with them between the two residence and have been treated like crap i am in the course of seeking legal advice as i plan to sue not only the company but sue the salesman and the local general manager individually as well.
