Because Jeff Lichtenstein was violently angry that I would not sign a non-compete agreement when resigning, he still has not paid me final monies owed including expenses I incurred for the company. He had me meet him at the Embassy Suites next door to his office and threatened to give me a bad reference if I did not sign a non-compete agreement.in the 4 years I was employed there, I had not signed a non-compete agreement. He became evil and violent when I informed him I cannot sign an agreement that puts me out of work for 2 years and covers the entire US as well as 70 countries. At that point, he also chose to not pay me for wages owed. This is crooked and beware in dealing with this man.
