DELL motors is defrauding the public they state they are a financing company that you are buying your car and when you sign the leasing agreement paperwork they state that they ordered the wrong form that it is acting as an buyers agreement. The difference is that when you sign a buyers agreement as you should you pay on your car and you get a title when it is paid off, but at DELL they make you sign a Leasing agreement meaning that once you pay the car off if they want to or not they can give you the title or they can say well you leased the car. So now your lease is done so you need to return the car or you can buy it for what it is worth. So if you paid $10,000.00 they can say if you want the car you can buy it for $6500.00 and if you dont they may have the right to take your car away that you just paid off because of that agreement that you signed and that they defraud you into signing it and giving you the impression that you own and are buying the car not that you are leasing (Like a Rental Car). And at the end you need to give it back. So tell me if this is not a SCAM and are working as FRAUDS!!!
