Ripoff gave the company a $5,000 deposit and i want it back N Providence

I gave nationwide home improvement a deposite of 5 grand to do some work.

I cancelled the work within the contracts cancelation clause. I have spoken to the owner (rocco) and he refuses to give my money back.

Please help me if you can thank you
