In April of this year Mr Angel (last name was not provided), owner of A&C landscaping and I entered into a verbal agreement to have some work done on my home. We agreed that $230 was more than substantial to complete the work and any additional money would be used if I decided to expand the agreement. Angel was supposed to start the work on a Wednesday adn complete it in the same day (chnage mulch, only). After several weeks, no real work had been done at the home and I started calling him. He never answered the phone and now 2 months later, his phone is disconnected. I have his mother phone number, which is 610-998-9512 and I still did not receive any explanation.
I have been leaving voice mails almost daily requesting the refund of the $150 I gave him before he started the job and I never heard anything from him. I have been scammed by Angel and A&C landscaping.
