This company would lie to you from the beginning in order to get your business. They do not honor their contract and the customer service is the worst. We went to their showroom in Mansfield, TX to order a new patio. They have a lot of outdoor kitchens, patio furniture and pictures of patios that they claim they built but they don't know anything about building patios because all the work is made by subcontractors, which would not show up on time or at all. Two weeks after we gave Rapahel the down payment for the patio we start dealing directly with his subcontractor because Raphael never return calls or show up to see how the project was going and the few times that he returned calls he would play stupid with no straight foward answers.
During the third week of no progress we decided to fired this company due to the lack of professionalism and the worst customer service. The company representative "James" promised us a refund and after several phone calls that were never returned we are still waiting for the refund. If someone is interested in doing business with this company please avoid them because they would promise evrything to you and they would not honor it. Avoid headaches and go with a better company that is professional and cares about customers.
