I reported that my dryer was not heating They came out and said that the thermostat need replacing. That took two weeks. Then when they replace the thermostat and the dryer would not turn on which prior to the last visit the dryer would come on but would not heat up. The first technician crossed the wires when he inspected the dryer and the company stated that they are denying our claim because they have no record of what the first rep did. And to make matter worse the first technician they fired and he stole our flash light.
