We purchased a Samsung dryer in September. Since that time the dryer has been broken down four times. We ask the manufacterer to replace the dryer. The technician that came out to replace the part said that it was the same problem every time. So it must not can be fixed in order to keep running so we won't have to do without our dryer for six weeks at the time. I explained to them that my husband is 76 and a disabled veteran but they don't care. I was told that as long as it could be fixed that they would keep fixing it. So it will run for about 5 times and then stop. We have to do without a drier for six weeks each time. Now something is wrong. I should not as a consumer purchase a dryer in good faith to be told they are going to keep fixing it and I will have to wait until its fixed. I am having to go to laundromat while I have a dryer here that I paid $900.00 for. Please someone help us.
