I was 'lucky' in that I was one of the first customers of this company when it first expanded to Chicago. All the major work was done, but a small area was not completed. Called and stopped, talked to employees. Managers and owners about fininshing this small area. Set appointments, scheduled work; over a period of seven months one guy did come out and look at it, said he now knew what he had to do and then never came back. The next time I went to their office, they had abandoned it. Met a girl there who was looking for them as I was. She stated she had paid them for a siding job, the work was never started and now they were gone, as was her money ($4000). I understand the same people are now operating as MGA roofing and/or New Look Constuction. Only deal with these people if you do not value the funds you will give them. I feel like an idiot in that I referred my neighbor to the while they were doing the major portion of my work. He has had problems, we have had problems and now we have lifetime guarantees from a company that didn't last a year. Do not deal with these axxholes. I've heard from others who were dissatisfied with the work performed, and you can not even be sure the work will get done.
