I contracted Mathew Fabian to install gutters and to coat the flat roof on my home. Mr. Fabian managed to put up the gutters and said he coated the roof but never anchored the downspout to the wall. He also left a gapping hole in the fascia board. When I asked about the incomplete work, Mr. Fabian said he would return the next day to finish the job.
Four weeks later and so many phone calls I cannot count, I stopped calling Mr. Fabian to finish the job I contracted him for. I got sick of hearing; "So sorry. I will be there tomorrow or be there in the morning."
I called another contractor in to complete the work and found that the gutters were about to fall down. Mr. Fabian only used 6 hangers for the gutters which would normally take 20. Then the contractor informed me that the coating on the roof was never done. Mr. Fabian flat-out lied about doing that work and took me for a few hundred dollars. I have since heard from other people who used his services that their gutters have been falling down. He was not responsive to their calls either and they had to call in another contractor.
