The Gandy Construction company has committed fraud. First they have performed many bad roofing and windows installation jobs and left the customer hanging without a resolution. Then two of the owners of the company decided to take the money, assets, sales force and marketing materials and started doing business as MGA Roofing. If you call the original Gandy 800 number you will now get MGA Roofing and they claim they just acquired the 800 number after Gandy went out of business. Do not do any business with MGA roofing or it is likely you will get ripped off the same way from the same people that ripped me off.
They put a roof on my house and then when I was actually on the roof and saw some problems I called them however they were out of business by then (36 days later). So now I am stuck with a horrible roofing job and a huge financial burden. There are many authorities investigating this situation and I hope they end up in jail like they deserve. The owner of MGA roofing (Sam Something) should also be put in jail since he knew about this and went along with it. All I want is my roof fixed.
