Ron Thompson a sales man from Gandy came to our home. He talked my husband and I into replacing our Vinal Windows with Fiberglass Windows and gave us a Lifetime Warranty for the life of the home. He told us that we would be contacted once a year as part of their maintenance program for the life of the windows and that we could call anytime for any reason, that Gandy stood behind there work.
We noticed one of our windows leaking today and called Gandy at 1 800 861-7112 and all cercits were busy, we finally got intouch with Scott a former employee who said Gandy filed bankrupcy and is no longer in business. He went on to say he was scammed.
